The Process

Four steps. Two of them are yours.

The clock does not start when you deliver. It starts when we have a complete package, which is why the checklist below matters more than anything else on this page.

Step 01

Deliver the Load

Complete delivery and collect the signed paperwork at the receiver before you leave the dock. Getting a POD after the fact is the single most common reason a payout slips.

Step 02

Send the Package

Email your invoice and documents to the address on your rate confirmation, or use the submission method assigned during setup. Send it as one message, not five.

Step 03

We Verify

We check the rate against the confirmation, the load reference, and the pay-to details. If something is missing you hear from us the same day, not at the end of the week.

Step 04

You Get Paid

Once the package is confirmed complete, funds are released within two business days at the flat 3 percent fee agreed at load confirmation.

A photo is fine as long as the signature, date, and any exceptions noted are legible. Bill of Lading and Delivery Documents All pages, including any continuation sheets. Partial BOLs go back for correction and restart the clock. Lane-Specific Paperwork Some customers and cross-border lanes require additional documents. If yours does, it is listed on your rate confirmation. Accessorial and Lumper Receipts If applicable Only for charges pre-approved in writing. Unapproved accessorials are removed from the payout rather than holding it.

Which loads qualify

Quick Pay is offered on eligible loads. Eligibility depends on the customer terms behind the load and the documentation the lane requires. If a load does not qualify, we tell you at load confirmation, not after you deliver.

When the two days start

Timing begins when we confirm the package is complete, not when you send it. A package submitted Friday afternoon and confirmed Monday funds on Wednesday. That is why the checklist above is worth two minutes.

If something is missing

We email you the specific document that is missing the same day we review it. Once the corrected package arrives, the two business days restart from that confirmation.
