Door to Door
Door-to-Door Freight
From Their Dock to Your Door. No Handoffs.
The most common failure point in cross-border freight is the handoff. PC Global Logistics eliminates it by managing the full move: pickup in Mexico, customs on both sides, and final delivery in the USA, under one team.
One reference number. Company-controlled equipment. 24/7 monitoring from the moment freight leaves the origin facility to the moment it arrives at your dock.
Origin dock to destination door. No gaps in between.
Door-to-door is often listed as a service but rarely delivered as one. Most providers handle pickup in Mexico, then transfer responsibility to a border broker, then hand off again to a U.S. carrier. By the time freight reaches its destination, three or four separate companies have touched it, each passing accountability to the next. That's where delays, damage, and miscommunication happen.
PC Global Logistics owns both sides of the movement. We dispatch the Mexico-side carrier, coordinate customs documentation with certified brokers on both sides of the bridge, and complete the final U.S. delivery using company equipment through Blue Transportation. You have one point of contact for the entire move and one reference number from pickup to proof of delivery.
For shippers who run Mexico-to-USA lanes regularly, that consistency is the difference between a reliable supply chain and one that requires constant intervention.
Five steps. One team. One reference number.
A PC Global door-to-door shipment is built to eliminate every gap where traditional multi-carrier moves break down.
Our Mexico-side carrier dispatches directly to the shipper's facility. Freight is loaded, verified, and fully documented before departure.
Pedimento and CAAT prepared before the truck moves. CBP entry filed on the U.S. side simultaneously, so the border doesn't wait for paperwork.
Freight crosses at the Laredo-Nuevo Laredo port of entry. Both customs clearances confirmed. No handoff to a third-party broker at the bridge.
Blue Transportation dispatches company equipment for the domestic leg. Same reference number, same monitoring, same team as the Mexico side.
Delivered to the consignee's dock. Signed proof of delivery and complete customs documentation provided under the same reference used at origin.
"In cross-border logistics, you either own the whole move or you own none of it. We own the whole move."
PC Global Logistics. Laredo, Texas. Since 2016.Not all door-to-door services are the same.
The label "door-to-door" gets used loosely in cross-border freight. What separates a real door-to-door service from a brokered one is who actually owns accountability from pickup to delivery.
| Service Factor | PC Global Door-to-Door | Standard Freight Broker | Multi-Carrier Handoff |

| Customs coordination | ✓ Both sides, included | Additional cost, separate provider | Separate provider |
| Company-owned equipment | ✓ U.S. side via Blue Transportation | Spot market carrier | Varies per segment |

| Rate transparency | ✓ All-in quote, no add-ons | Core rate + accessorials | Multiple invoices |
We operate the move. We don't just coordinate it.
Most brokers manage door-to-door freight by assembling separate carriers for each segment and hoping the handoffs go smoothly. PC Global Logistics is built differently.
Company Equipment, Not Spot Carriers
The U.S. leg runs on our own trucks and trailers through Blue Transportation. That means consistent assets, known drivers, and predictable transit times, not whatever is available on the spot market the day your freight crosses the border. See our Full Truckload service for equipment details.
Customs Included on Both Sides
We work with certified brokers in Mexico and the USA as part of the same operation, not as a referral to a third party. Documentation is reviewed before freight moves so border clearance doesn't hold up a truck that is already at the bridge. See our Customs Coordination service.
One Contact Who Knows Your Freight
When you call during a cross-border move, the person who answers has full visibility into your shipment: not a tracking number they need to look up, and not a hold queue with a different team for each segment. 24/7 monitoring means we often resolve issues before you know they exist.
