Through Blue Transportation and PC Lease, we operate U.S.-based trucks and 53-foot dry van trailers. We supplement that with a vetted network of carriers on both sides of the border. Most FTL loads moving through Laredo still involve a handoff at the bridge: a Mexico-side carrier gets the freight to the crossing, then a separate U.S. carrier picks it up on the other side. Those two teams often don't share the same communication thread, and when something needs to be resolved quickly at the port of entry, the delay falls on you. Lane, equipment type, pickup date, and delivery requirements confirmed. Documentation checklist reviewed with your team before dispatch to ensure no holds at the crossing.
Carrier arrives at the origin facility. Freight loaded and verified against the packing list. CAAT and all Mexico-side export papers prepared on-site before the truck moves.
Pedimento filed and Previo inspection coordinated before the truck reaches the bridge. U.S. CBP entry filed simultaneously at crossing. Transloading to a 53-ft U.S.-registered trailer handled on-site if required.

Cross-Border Coordination Built In
Most FTL carriers cover the U.S. side only and rely on a separate Mexico-side partner for the origin leg. When those two teams aren't synchronized, delays happen at the crossing: the truck arrives before the paperwork is ready, or the customs broker is working on a different schedule than the carrier.
